Guidelines
Submission Categories
Papers should present original research that has been authenticated with analysis, simulation, or experimentation. Papers may be submitted in either of the following categories:
Full Papers (10–12 pages)
Describe developed research work. Authors of papers reporting experimental work are encouraged to make their data and experimental results available online or via data publication.
Poster / Short Papers (4–6 pages)
Share novel ideas that may not have been fully developed but are in progress. Suitable for work-in-progress and early-stage research.
Paper Format & Template
LNCS (Springer) Template
The submitted paper must be in English and PDF format, and must strictly meet the LNCS (Springer) template. The paper should include the title, abstract, keywords, and complete academic information of the authors.

Microsoft CMT Portal
All papers must be submitted electronically using the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) portal. Create an account or log in to submit your paper.
Open CMT PortalAcknowledgement: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Review Process
The technical committee of the workshop will review the submitted papers based on their novelty, technical and research content/depth, clarity, relevance to the subject, contributions, and usability.
Similarity Index & Plagiarism Policy
Similarity Check via Turnitin
All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin. If a paper receives a High Similarity Score (>15%), it will be investigated, and if found to be plagiarised, it will be rejected / withdrawn without a formal review.
Self-plagiarism (text recycling from the authors' own prior publications) is also subject to scrutiny. Authors must clearly indicate and cite any reuse of previously published material.

Accepted papers will be published by Atlantis Press (Springer Nature) in the Advances in Intelligent Systems Research (AISR) series and submitted for indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, DBLP, Google Scholar and other major databases.
