Center for Artificial Intelligence at Banasthali Vidyapith aims to develop machine and deep learning algorithms in healthcare, education, transportation and agriculture etc. Centre for Artificial Intelligence has been supported by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India by Consolidation of University Research for Innovation and Excellence in Women Universities (CURIE) - Artificial Intelligence scheme. Centre for Artificial Intelligence at Banasthali Vidyapith focusses on strengthening Artificial Intelligence (AI) education and research for multiple disciplines such as arts, humanities, science and engineering, management etc. and providing foundations for fundamental and cutting-edge research in AI and related disciplines. 

Banasthali Vidyapith focuses on the core of AI research for reengineering the engineering education to adapt to future for economic and societal reasons, say ‘CS 4.0’ for 'Industry 4.0'. The institute believes that the right balance has to be maintained between the general education and subject- specific education which clearly reflects in the Vidyapith engineering curriculum with rich foundation courses offered to the engineering graduates. The Centre of AI at Banasthali Vidyapith has state-of-the-art labs in the areas of Computer Vision, Speech and Language Processing, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Robotics and Embedded System, Augmented and Virtual Reality, and a Data Centre with two NVIDIA DGX A100 AI supercomputers supported by dedicated computer nodes and storage servers to cater the institutional needs for cutting edge AI research.
